My email provider close:confused::confused::confused::confused:. Change my email in the apple ID, update the password. However my ipad mini does not work iCloud account. Update the ID, iMessage, FaceTime correctly but NOT to iCloud. No restores because I enter the old password and ID but I does not work with either the new or the old. The ipad does not sync because all the space I remain locked in Other. Please help. In Colombia the technical support is not online or by phone or chat.
