Itunes Help

I have just installed Itunes 11.4 so that I can use my IPAD via Itunes. Can anyone tell me how I can set Itunes up so I can see my library in a LIST with the blue and white stripes format as in the older Itunes versions. rather than pictures of album covers etc etc.



Also why do some MP4 video thumnails I upload to Itunes show up on screenas a GREEN rectangle
