Alarm Lock App - find lost iPods iPads and iPhones via twitter

I can't use The Find My iPhone App as I use Windows computers and it only runs on Mac. I found this App called Alarm Lock (for $2.99) and it looks like it can be setup to use the GPS and send its location via Twitter for iPhones, iPads, and iPods. I don't yet have a Twitter account, but this looks like what I need. I'm not sure if many people will see it if I post it here so can an Administrator move this if its appropriate? Thanks
