ios 7: Smart playlists not updating properly

Well though I am pretty positive about ios 7 I've found a very annoying bug with my smartplaylists. I mostly use them with the "last played is not XXX" rule. I'll have one smartplaylist pointed to a second static one and sync the smartplaylist to my iPhone 5. On itunes 11 when I play the list live updates no problem-I streamed from my computer to my stereo this weekend but it didn't transfer properly to my phone as I've just noticed. I has happened when I listen on my phone (as I am doing right now will try it tonight). I usually have to sync again. A google search seems to indicate this is a problem others have noticed too, but any links to the Apple site are not working currently.



Anyone else notice? I'm not thinking there is a solution other then syncing again if it doesn't take the first time while waiting for a fix from Apple. :rolleyes:
