Lost playlists during ios 7.0.3 update

I got the notification for todays ios update, and of course needed more space to download. after deleting some unwanted photos, i removed all of my music playlists off of my iphone by swiping and deleting them. I was then able to update itunes and ios. upon the completed update, i noticed that the playlists i removed from my device were no longer in itunes. gone. any help?
