Machine too sensitive- changes from playlist page to information pages too easily

I have a new Ipodtouch 5th generation. I choose a playlist and at the slightest tilt of the machine (which I may do to move it or read the track name), the playlist page moves to other information pages about my music e.g albumns on my machine or list of songs. Swiping the page does not always take me back to the playlist page and sometimes just moves it on to yet another information page about the music. I have spoken to Apple about this and "gestures" on the itouch and apparently it is a feature of the latest IOS system ie nothing I can do about it.



Does anyone else experience this and does it happen on the NANO 7th generation. I am thinking of returning my Itouch as it is very annoying as it happens so frequently. I use my Itouch for work and I cannot afford for this to keep happening.
