Not sure if this is the right section to ask this question, so let me know if not.
I'm having an issue with my son's ipad2. He tried to up date his iPad to IOS7 and the up iPad got stuck in recovery mode and doesn't want to move from there. Basically when I connect the ipad it gets recognized by itunes and it tells me that the ipad is in recovery mode. It tells me that I can restore the ipad to it's original format. When I click ok it does a 30 minute update but then nothing else happens. All you can see on the ipads screen is an itunes logo with the charger plug. I've been googling and I have been following instructions on what to do but nothing. Can someone help please. The ipad is useless.
