Replace LCD and Digitizer (separate)

Through a bungle in ordering, I now have a new LCD screen and a new digitizer. I've searched and not found a good video to install these two, I found several that said don't try to install one of the pieces, because it is impossible to separate them. But I've got them separated, I just need to get them back together. Any help?



This is for an iPod Touch 4th Gen.
