Unchecking duplicate songs different format

I have found that I have too many songs now to sync them all. I even have the compress higher bitrate songs option checked.



Other than going in and only syncing certain genres, artists, albums, playlists, etc... I was thinking that unchecking the songs that I have duplicates of would help. I have many songs that I have in both MP3 and AAC format. Other than manually going through 13000+ songs and eyeballing them and unchecking the duplicates, is there another way to do it?
