Help, My Iphone 4s does not pck up a signal

My 4s stays on search mode, does not pick up any signal.

Antenna is fine, battery is fine, Network shows as "not available" .

Carrier show" not available" .

Wifi is working also, but I can't make or recieve calls or connect to internet.

How do I get it fixed ?
