What is your fav photo editor for wallpapers

Hi all,

I use the 4s and would like a better photo editor, etc. for creating wallpapers for my iphone.

I like to use photos I've taken or jpegs I've downloaded.

I'm not at all happy with the iphones that is tied to photos...it won't allow resizing...keeps enlarging when I pinch size it.

I also have "Wallaid", free from the app store. It is okay but that is about it.
