iTunes to DivX

I have been converting all my iTune music videos to DivX through Corel DVD copy 6 and then all my music videos (iTunes & store bought dvds) are put on a external hard drive and connected to my BlueRay player that I play during parties, lately some of the iTune videos will not go into Corel DVD copy, whats going on??:confused:
