Downloading TED Audio Talks from the iTunes Store to my Library?

When I search on iTunes Store for TED Talks Audios, I see several dozen selections. If I select one (say #33, 18 minutes long) I can listen to it.



a. How can I download Selection #33 in less than 18 minutes to my personal iTunes Library (so that I can then transfer it to my iPod)?



b. How can I download<<several>> selections at one time for downloading to my Library (say #2, 4, 6, 22, 33, and 44)?



c. Is it possible to <<subscribe>> to TED Talks Audio and have them automatically transferred to my personal iTunes library? I don’t see a SUBSCRIPTION option.
