So I installed the latest IOS 7.2(?) on my phone about a week ago. The phone operating system collapsed /froze and it took me some time to resolve it.
Fortunately my back up on I Tunes meant I was able to reload the phone profile back on my I phone 5.
One issue that occurred at the same time but to be honest I am not 100% clear is related is that the music on my I tunes totally froze when I tried to play an individual song. I can navigate around the music but although the play button moves to pause, at least notionally giving evidence to the fact it is playing , in reality it is not playing.
I installed and reinstalled I tunes - this did not work. I deleted the I tunes music file from my laptop and reloaded a back up file from a separate hard drive. Again this did not work
I am totally stuck. Any ideas / help very much welcomed
