I have an iPhone Classic. For years I've happily been using Live Update to drop recently played songs from my "Favorites" smart playlist.
With the most recent version of iTunes (11.1.3.8), the live update no longer works.
I'll play a song, exit the playlist and come back in and it is still there.
My iPod now handles smart playlists just like my iPhone.
Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know of a solution?
