No sounds on iphone view with ip camera?

I connected the camera with Wi-Fi, and successfully access it on my iphone, but I get no sounds at all. I wonder if it's my iphone or the cam problem. I use wansview NCB545W. I asked for help from the company but just wait for a ticket! :shake: Anyone experienced with this?
