How Is Everyone Still Enjoying Their iPods?

Hi all, I haven't been on this site for a long, long time. I wanted to see how everyone is still enjoying and using their iPods, or if they are moving on to other devices such as iPhones, etc.



MP3 players used to be the hottest thing in portable electronics, and it helped provide a platform for people across the world to not only discuss the devices and technology, but also to share and discuss music which so many people love. It's what started the whole Napster thing, which moved to digital music, which moved to portable devices to play digital music. And which led to all these great message-boards for discussion, such as iLounge...



I have always loved my music, and thought portable mp3 devices and their extensions (PMPs) were the neatest things. But convergence into smart phones have dealt the mp3 player a death-blow, it seems. and as a result many of these msg boards and their large, active communities are fading away...



So I may be a bit late with this. I get very nostalgic and sad from time to time: a little website for a little, non-descript mp3 player got me started in this whole thing back in 2005. I miss the long discussions and debates, and sharing of ideas.



So I post again just to say HI! And hope all is well, and would like to know if everyone is still enjoying their iPods or other devices, or have moved on...
