iTunes Song List Issue

I recently stumbled on to a strange issue with iTunes. I am using version 11.0.1.12 and occasionally will call up a specific album to play and I'll see tracks with identical track numbers and names with others missing, others may be out of order, and this seems to happen to purchased music from the store only. What I found will fix that is to begin playing a few seconds of the first track on the list, advancing to the next and playing a few seconds and so forth and they will start to correct themselves. Sometimes I'll have to do that a few times to get them back in order with the correct names. Has anyone else run into this and is there an easier way to reindex the library or whatever might be happening? It seems to be very random also.
