Updating to IOS 7 without a computer

Okay, so my wife has an Ipad2 , that is currently on 5.something. I have to admit now, that it is jail broken. But I want to just update it and lose the jail break. Usually we don't hook it up to the computer very often for syncing. If I update it over wifi to IOS 7, will it update all her apps that she and I have on it that are not from the jail break, and will she loose her music and stuff or will it update without having to lose all that stuff. It's not a big deal if I have to sync it to the computer, I just want to know what happens if I update without hooking it up to the computer. Thanks
