appleid problems

Hi all:



I wanted to connect to the Itunes store and it asked me to type in my appleid and password. I did. It didn't word so I asked to recuperate my password



However, the email never comes. I looked around the apple forums and it appears to be common problem with no solution



Any ideas what I can do to recuperate my appleid and password?
