Ipod missing songs

I purchased a music album which initially sync'd ok to my ipod touch. After some time, songs went missing from the album.



I can see them fine in my library on the PC but whatever I do, I only see 25 of the 63 songs. The others wont sync back to the ipod...



I've removed the music, resync'd, even restored th ipod to defaults.



I do notice that in the itunes store, the album is not seen as Purchased...



any suggestions? :eek:
