Movies won't transfer from itunes to ipod

Hi - I got a new computer but when I sync, 11 movies do not transfer from my library to my ipod. I did authorize the new computer. When I double click on the movies they want me to put in the name and passwords I used when I bought the movies from ITunes and I don't remember them. What can I do to get them to transfer from my library to my Ipod thanks Jay
