Videos Restart After 6 Minutes Or So?

Well i have a brand new iPod nano 7th gen and I decided to put some big bang theory episodes on... worked like a charm! decent quality and all that, but after roughly 6 minutes or so, (it varies from episode to episode) it lags out freezes then goes to the start of the video :/
